SILENT AUCTION PROGRAM
We provide as few or as many consignment auction items as requested.
We have low, medium and high-end pieces and can customize our program
to fit any and all of your needs. Our professional staff will assist
you in every way to make your event a huge financial success!
The charity or event sponsor will receive all monies collected ABOVE
the minimum bid! We keep our auction item’s prices very, very
low, which increases the margin of profit for your organization.
1. We attend the event, set-up a minimum of 30 items, monitor the
tables, collect the money and send a check to the organization within
ten days. There is no charge for this service and it eliminates
any work on the charity’s part to solicit items or prepare
for an auction. If the charity has its own items, this will enhance
or supplement the auction display! (We recommend this method.)
The auction display for SEU Promotions consists of eight (8) 2’
x 8 ‘ draped tables, which are provided by the event sponsor.
Additional tables are required for any additional items provided
by the charity or event sponsor.
2. Same as #1 above but the charity collects the money. We send
an invoice for items sold (including sales tax and shipping costs,
if applicable) one (1) calendar day after the auction and request
a check within ten (10) calendar days.
3. We provide items & the charity handles the auction. Prior
to the event, we deliver or ship the requested items. There is a
10-item minimum for deliveries and shipments. We invoice for items
sold (including sales tax and shipping costs, if applicable) and
request a check within ten (10) calendar days after the auction.
Prior to the event, arrangements will be made about the return of
items; we’ll pick them up, they may be dropped off at our
office, or they must be insured and shipped back to us immediately.
The charity or event sponsor is totally responsible for all freight
and insurance costs; freight insurance amounts are determined in
advance of shipments by SEU. Any items damaged during the event
are the responsibility of the charity or event sponsor. (We use
standard UPS ground for shipping.)
4. We attend and handle the auction out-of-state. We handle the
auction the same way as stated in numbers one or two above.
